Buffet

Our buffet is made fresh daily using high quality ingredients. Our soups and salads items are completely homemade by Cindy Breitbach and her team. Potatoes for the potato salad are boiled and hand peeled, the carrots you find in our carrot salad are made from whole, raw carrots we peel and cut ourselves. We are proud of the preparation that goes into each item on the salad bar.

 

In addition to our menu, the buffet is typically available:

Lunch buffet hours are Wednesday through Saturday 11:00am to 2:00pm
Dinner buffet hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to close and Sunday 11:00am to close
Breakfast buffet hours are Sunday from 8:00am to 11:00am
If you are arriving on a holiday the menu and buffet availability may change. If you are planning and visit and want to confirm what will be served the on the buffet, just give us a call.

Thursday Night Buffet
(serving 4:00PM to 8:00PM)
Roast Pork with Raisin Dressing, Bratwurst and Sauerkraut, Pork Schnitzel in Cream Sauce, Broasted Chicken, Red Cabbage, German Potato Salad, Potato Pancakes, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and a Hot Vegetable. Includes Homemade Soup and Salad Bar.
 
Friday Night Buffet
(serving 4:00PM to 9:30PM)
Hand-battered Cod, Baked Cod, Whole Individual Catfish, Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp, Broasted Chicken, Popcorn Shrimp, Potato Wedges, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and a Hot Vegetable. Includes Soup, Salad Bar, and Rolls.
 
Saturday Night Buffet
(serving 3:30PM to 9:30PM)
Barbecue Ribs, Hand-Battered Cod, Broasted Chicken, Popcorn Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and Hot Vegetable. Includes Soup, Salad Bar, and Rolls.
 
Sunday Morning Buffet
(serving 8:00AM to 11:00AM)
Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage, Ham, Bacon, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Cinnamon Rolls, and Donuts Holes. Including Fruit Bar, Assorted Juice, and Coffee.
 
Sunday Dinner Buffet
(serving 11:30AM to 7:30PM)
Broasted Chicken, Roast Beef, Sage Dressing, Glazed Ham, Red Cabbage, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and a Hot Vegetable. Includes Soup, Salad Bar, Rolls, and Homemade Cakes
